Copy a field with all it's options

Hi

I have a coutry field and I need to make another one.

Is there a way yo copy it with all it's options?

(it will tkae me a long time to do it again).

 

(I found this post, https://forum.jreviews.com/topic/4778-field-copy-or-duplication/?hl=duplicate+field&do=findComment&comment=21182but from what I understood that is for copying it to another category. I need them both in the same category).
