Maximum Characters in custom field alert (suggestion)

Hello

 

some times our users cant add new options in some custom fields, its a real problem because we dont have any idea, only some one take time to inform us.

 

We suggest to add an option or any thing to alert admins thats some custom fied Maximum Characters is reached until they increase it.
