upgrade3.0.21 to 3.0.24 error invalid, jreviews gone with manual update

Upgrading jreviews 3.0.2.1 to 3.0.2.4 I get an error when installing s2framework saying:

 

"Invalid file request. Please contact support."

 

Tried uninstalling all addons first, same result.

 

So downloaded latest version tried to do a manual install of s2 and jreviews from php 7.1/3.0.24 folder through joomla extension manager, it installed but jreviews is a blank white screen with no errors after install.

 

Uninstalled jreviews through the manager reinstalled 3.0.2.4 again same blank screen.

 

Updated with all addons active and uninstalled.

php 7.1.15
