Filter Widget Output for Single Select List Custom Field

Is it possible to filter widget output to only show listing content for an item in a single select list custom field?

 

For example if a Single Select List Custom Field had 4 available items (A, B C and D) and there are 20 custom fields in total, would it be possible to only show output in the 20 custom fields for any listings where the Single Select List Custom Field was Item A?

 

All 20 custom fields are part of the default output in the widget configuration.

 

(I don't mean exclusively the custom fields, the output would also show anything else i include in the configuration, but the question relates to filtering output from the custom fields where content from all custom fields will be shown).
