Optional File Section?

SO i love the ability for users to add files and attachments

 

IS there a way to create an additional file area or section where older files or optional files can be uploaded?  For example:

 

 

MAIN FILE

 

Blah Blah      Zip

 

OPTIONAL FILE

 

Blah Blah      ZIP

 

I figured I could do this with the field manager but file upload is not an available in drop down items
