Widget ID missing in settings

Hi,

 

I am getting this error message in my Widgets menu bar: Widget ID missing in settings and no menu items appear. 

 

I have gone through the Jreviews widget configuration section but cannot find the widget id section that it tells me to edit. 

 

Where do I find this to fix it?
