Tablet landscape 1024x768 slideout menu

Hello,

I have my iReview template setup with the top menu in "position-0" with quite a few menu items This works on the desktop view set at 1200px min as well as all other port views using the slideout menu options, with or without customization, except for the tablet landscape 1024x768 view.

In the last photo I edited the logo container and font size and as you can see the logo and menu no longer overlap which is fine to a point. I would rather have the tablet landscape view 1024x768 also use the slideout menu.

Have tried adding utility classes and css to get this working but at this point the slideout does not activate in tablet landscape. Granted I don't have a tablet to check this and am only using Web Developer Responsive Layouts for dev work.

Does this actually work on tablets in landscape view or is there a way to work around this?
