FormBuilder - Business Hours - Showing "closed" when "open"

First, I want to say thank you very much for this great new addition to JReviews!

 

I've got the Business Hours sample setup on our site. The only problem is that it is currently showing the business as "closed" at 5:30 PM today when the business hours are 11:00 AM - 10 PM.

Have I missed anything in the setup or might this be a bug?
