User opt-in/out from displaying listing on third party sites

Hi,

 

From a TOS standpoint is there a way to allow users to opt-out of having their listing content included in widgets posted to third party sites?

 

Of course those that want to use the widget for their own content is understandable but if a general non specific widget setup was to display random content on a third party site how would we exclude those that do not want their content displayed on third party sites?

 

With the possibility in having tens of thousands of listings I don't see an easy way to do this. Not sure if the option should be on the create listing form, create user profile via select yes/no options then a conditional on the widget query or what the best approach would be. Or the same wit a custom where.

 

Any Ideas?
