Show all listings in google maps

I would like to see all listings in the site in google maps.

 

I think that a tag cloud idea could be applied to this idea with areas on the map with more reviews getting bigger as more listings or reviews are made (back end should have the ability to choose whether we want it to be driven by listings or reviews)
