[Question] - Other fields values on SEO

Hi,

 

There is any way to include other values on the Field SEO Manager.

For Example: You have two fields Author and Country.

 

You can set your Page Title for Author to {fieldvalue} but what if I want something like {fieldvalue} is from {jr_country}

 

Is this possible?
