New Custom Field Type - Restrict to Positive Integers

I use the Integer field quite often, but never use negative integers. However, people sometimes put in negative integers by mistake.

 

I'm wondering if it might be possible to add an additional field option to only allow for positive integers.

 

I could see people might want to restrict this to 0-to-#### or 1-to-####.
