How to get "Add new review button" to display in jomsocial profile page.

I'm using Jomsocial strictly as a member profile system to compliment jreviews, therefore I have disabled most of jomsocials features.

 

When I set up the Everywhere add-on I followed you demo site configuration for the most part within Everywhere add-on configuration and listing type configuration.  For some reason I cant figure out why the "add new review button" under "Reviews of me" to display.

 

 

In Listing types manager

for listing type "members"

 

- Submit new review = checked all user groups including public.

 

 

JomSocial - Access Group settings:

same as your demo site.
