How to extend the one-time-payment plan before expired?

As title, I would like to ask it's possible to extend the one-time-payment plan before expired?

 

I got three plan with the same listing and media setting, but with different time period(1,3,6 month) and price (the longer the time period, the lower the price per month)

 

For example, after pay for the 1-month plan(one-time-payment), I want that user could pay for another 1,3,6 month plan before the initial 1-month plan expiring date. And the expire date will be extended according to the 2nd plan period.

 

Is it possible to do so? Any comments/hints about that?
