Refresh cache Css

Hello,

I made modifcations css to display widgets directly in the file:

/com_jreviews_addons/widgetfactory/views/themes/widgetfactory/theme_css/widget.css

 

I emptied cache JReviews et browser, the widget does not take into account the css changes.

 

In the source code of my widget, called the css is:

/components/com_jreviews_addons/widgetfactory/views/themes/widgetfactory/theme_css/widget.css?v=16

 

What is this parameter v = 16 ? why not take into account changes (bug ?) ?
