The new add-on is the result of several months of hard work and we are very pleased with the end-product. We really hope you will like it as well! The WidgetFactory add-on enables you to leverage your site brand and content by putting other sites to work for you. The add-on allows you to create widgets with listing and review information that publishers can place on their websites and drive traffic to your site. The add-on can track widget impressions and clicks. This is a beta version. Please submit any bug reports to the appropriate board (we'll create it shortly) so we can fix them as soon as possible. If you are going to start sharing widgets with publishers right away, we recommend you mark the widget section of your site as beta as well although we don't expect to have to make any changes to the widget code that publishers place on their sites. Without further ado, you can see a demo of the widget in the links below: The main widget list page. This is where you can show your site users the different widget offerings and it is created via a JReviews menu: http://demo.reviewsforjoomla.com/widgets The widget builder page. Click on 'Get Code' for any of the widgets and you'll find the user configurable page. Most of the settings can be setup with predefined values and hidden from the page via the administration setup. http://demo.reviewsforjoomla.com/widgets?wid=2 The widget module. You can publish the module in detail pages to display widget rating badge letting users know they can publish it on their own sites and also taking them to the widget list page. You can also log in to the demo administration to see it in action. The widget requires the latest version of JReviews 2.4.9.0 also released today. To be able to seamlessly integrate with JReviews it was necessary to make some changes to the JReviews core.
