the seo manager

so i tried to set up the meta and title tags using the seo manager  see here http://screencast.com/t/Og3hAsgoYfr2

 

on checking the source code using CTRL-U, the meta description worked perfectly

 

but the title remained the same, is there something i've missed? in jreviews or joomla?
