The main idea is to have the ability to show related markers on the map by Radius (km) that can be changed by a drop down or button using Ajax The next feature would be the ability to turn ON and OFF other "categories" markers. This must also be Ajax driven. A good example will be: http://jomestate.comdev.eu/latest-listings/For-Sale/45-Land-for-sale.html Located in the Location Tab Another great example: http://templatic.com/demos/geoplaces4/ this one I really like. Another idea is to show a table of items below the map -- Name -- Type -- Distance from Current (this detailed) Marker. Have not fully thought this out, but have and Idea that is should have dynamic filtering in the table as well. Potentially when the item is rolled over or clicked, it should show on the top map.
