Newbie SEO Questions

Hi everyone I have a couple of Newbie SEO questions I was hoping I could get some help with.

 

Number 1 is a JReviews Related Questions. I have made a Custom Field Banner to basicaly so i can add generic tags automaticaly inside a listing, my question is are Custom_fields Banners Indexed by the search engines ?

 

Question 2 is just a general seo question about keywords. It's a bit hard to explain So I will give two examples and hope fully someone can tell me which is the most effective.

 

Product is  Ge GTH21SCXSS (21 cu. ft.) Refrigerator,

 

Example 1 keywords (Ge GTH21SCXSS (21 cu. ft.) Refrigerator, Appliances, Refrigerators, GE, Reviews, Best Price, Lowest Price,)

 

Or is it better to include the product title like so.

 

Ge GTH21SCXSS (21 cu. ft.) Refrigerator, Appliances, Refrigerators, GE, Ge GTH21SCXSS (21 cu. ft.) Refrigerator Reviews, Best Price on Ge GTH21SCXSS (21 cu. ft.) Refrigerator, Lowest Price for Ge GTH21SCXSS (21 cu. ft.) Refrigerator

 

I know Its probably a stupid question Ive searched the net but cant really get an answer.
