I found the possibility of predefined replies, which is fine. But I want for all my replies to use a HTML mail with the same header/footer (company logo, etc.). Is this possible somehow? Can I write HTML mails at all? I tried adding html tags to the message i preconfigure which works at least in outlook. However I don't get the <html>, <body>,... tags to work. They seem to be replaced. Anyone information about this? Thanks, markus Link to comment
