SEO SEF MENU for state listings

I am close to figuring out the final Menu/SEF for my skateparks directory. Since I have a global directory I needed to use the Section 'Skateparks' and Category 'countries'.  I need to also break my listings down further in the USA, Canada, Australia, and others. I get most of my Google Search Results from Skateparks in 'State' so I really need to get this into my new jReviews directory.

 

Unfortunately I have had to set up external menu links back to my directory to get a listing from a state (example: Alabama) using a Search field I set up to add a listings state.

 

Here's the current external link:

http://www.concretedisciples.com/component/jreviews/tag/state/AL/criteria:2/

 

I want to change it to this:

http://www.concretedisciples.com/alabama-skateparks.html

(currently it shows all the USA listings)

 

I have been trying to figure out how to get those filtered results into my menu listing with these menu options:

Additional Query Strings

Listing Type ID

Extension

 

I have not been able to figure it out or find a tutorial for completing this.

Anyone ever get this figured out or see a tutorial for it?
