js error - conflict

I have an issue with my site here http://caribbean-diving.com

 

Please see attached image for issues with jreviews.js

 

The issue for this page is the the ajax search doesnt work, I cant even get the search field to clear which it does normally when you click it.

I feel it may not be because of jreviews as I have been using it fine for so long. But I wanted to post the error all the same
