The inclusion of Stars under Field Type to give the user the option to choose stars to rate rather than a 1 - 5 or 1- 10 radio buttons. 2. If-then field. If a user is given a Yes/No question, when they chose, another question would appear depending on their answer. eg. Would you recommend this product? If Yes - nothing.
