Couldnt follow the documentation as it is not very clear to basic jreviews user

i am getting still like this url (using joomla core sef)

i have changed htaccess to .htaccess with necessary steps as given and it works perfect

i have got sections and categories also created

but couldnt understand what is wrong.....i am a basic user so could u explain clearly what to be done

and in global config also i have enabled mod_rewrite...

every other url works good like mydomain.co.uk/contact

mydomain.co.uk/get-listed

mydomain.co.uk/category-plans

do i need to create a hidden menu with section layout for sections and category layout for categories??????????
