JR_Fields / Ratings in Meta Titles / Descriptions?

Is it possible to include JR_fields in the meta title / description / keywords?

 

And is it possible to insert the listing rating into the description? 

 

ie, ex: "Read why XXX is rated {jr_userrating} out of 5 by our readers!"

 

That would be extremely helpful :D
