Everywhere for Eventlist: Categories not showing on setup

Hi,

 

I am trying to implement the Everywhere Add-On for Eventlist. In the jReviews Admin Screen in the "Everywhere" section, I try to "Setup Categories" (see attached screen 1), and I can see all Eventlist Categories. But when I click on "Setup Categories", I get an empty window without any categories to assign the rating criteria type to (see screen 2).

 

What am I doing wrong?
