&url is added to the url of a category

Can you please help me find out why there is a &url in the url of my site when I click on a category

http://10.221.7.84/wepriceit/index.php?option=com_jreviews&Itemid=288&url=Computers/Laptops-Accessories/Laptops_c221_m288/

 

I have the following setup: Computers (directory) --> Laptops & Accessories (Section) --> Laptops (Category)

When I click on Computers I get this url

(non-SEF) http://10.221.7.84/wepriceit/index.php?option=com_jreviews&Itemid=0&url=Computers_d2/

(SEF) http://10.221.7.84/wepriceit/component/jreviews/Computers_d2/

 

When I click on Laptops & Accessories I get this url

(non-SEF) http://10.221.7.84/wepriceit/index.php?option=com_jreviews&Itemid=288

(SEF) http://10.221.7.84/wepriceit/computers/laptops-accessories

 

When I click on Laptops I get this url

(non-SEF) http://10.221.7.84/wepriceit/index.php?option=com_jreviews&Itemid=288&url=Computers/Laptops-Accessories/Laptops_c221_m288/

(SEF) http://10.221.7.84/wepriceit/computers/laptops-accessories/Computers/Laptops-Accessories/Laptops_c221_m288/

 

When I click on a listing I get this url

(non-SEF) http://10.221.7.84/wepriceit/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&catid=221:Laptops&id=85:acer-aspire-one-531h-1729-netbook&Itemid=342

(SEF) http://10.221.7.84/wepriceit/computers/hidden-laptops-a-accessories/hidden-laptops/85-acer-aspire-one-531h-1729-netbook

 

One more problem I am facing is in the breadcrumb. When I go to a listing, the directory disappears from the breadcrumbs.
