Using location fields in URL

I have jreviews and sh404SEF installed. I am wondering if it's possible to using location fields in the url's for business being reviewed.

 

I'd like to achieve something like this:

 

http://www.domain.com/{jr_country}/{jr_state}/{jr_city}/listingtitle

 

Do you know of a way to do this?
