How to achieve this URL ?

Currently I have a Joomla 1.0 site with JReviews 2.0.8.38 which i am hoping to migrate to 1.5 and latest jReviews by the end of the year but before i go there toying with a new directory project which i will start from scratch with Joomla 1.5 and latest jReviews.

 

With SEO being of the utmost importance i want to be in mind of this from the beginning so how to i achieve this URL ?

 

domain.com/area/town/{user keyed in title}

 

ps. do i need a suffix for the articles ? ie .htm or .html ?

 

would this Joomla section be area, Joomla category would be town and the  joomla article alias record be the {user keyed in title} which seems to be the regular article title with underscores ?

 

I would then use jReviews custom fields for additional categorisation such as 'bars', 'hotels', 'restaurants' and filter modules based on these custom fields.
