We are happy to announce the release of JReviews 2.2.01. This is a great JReviews release with some very cool features. The PaidListings add-on upgrade fixes all reported bugs to date. The most important highlights:

Listing comparison functionality: I can remember this being requested at least three years ago if not more and it's finally here. It may have taken long, but this is the best comparison feature implementation I've seen anywhere. A special thanks goes to Kristian who spent a lot of time thinking about it and bringing it to life. Check out the listing comparison overview video.

Facebook Connect integration: Let your site users spread the word about your site with this great implementation of Facebook Connect. When a user submits a listing, a review or clicks on [yes] for a helpful vote, the listing or review will be posted in his Facebook wall and will also appear on his friends newsfeed stream. For a complete description of the functionality, requirements, and how to set it up read the Setup Facebook Integration article in the documentation.

Global setting overrides for listing types: It is now possible to override some settings for each listing type. The initial settings added are: listing submit access groups, image settings, default ordering for listings and review, editor reviews and listing comparison. This is a great addition because now you can have listing types that allow listing submissions by different user groups. Enable editor reviews in some listing types only. Change default ordering per listing types and more. Say goodbye to hacks for these features!

Change the default ordering of reviews and make it different for each listing type. If you want to have a listing type where most helpful reviews show first and another one where most recent reviews show first you can easily do this via settings.

Kunena profile integration is now in the list of options for Community integration. User names will link to Kunena profiles and the Kunena avatar will be displayed in review pages. The favorites module now also works with Kunena.

There are also many bug fixes in this version. For the complete list of changes read the changelog

This version is available via remote updater and the client area to all clients with valid upgrade packages.
