I continued to support it because it didn't require any additional effort on my end. J1.6 (beta), brings many changes even to J1.5. There are code changes, database table changes and even the installation files have changed. It is no longer feasible to maintain compatibility with J1.0 and Mambo while moving forward. Effectively immediately the current JReviews version 2.1.20 will be the last version available for Joomla 1.0 and Mambo. Link to comment
