Link to Top 10 Contributors/Discussions/All reviews by me - don't convert to SEF

When someone writes a review to a listing there are several links. Among other things there are these links which look like that on our site:

Top 10 Writer: http://kesselfieber.de/component/jreviews/reviewers#user-81/

Discussions: http://kesselfieber.de/component/jreviews/discussions/review/id:139/

See all reviews by me: http://kesselfieber.de/component/jreviews/my-reviews/user:81/

How can I change these links to look like on the rest of the site?
