Changing streetview position and directions

I have following questions:

Q1.

Is there a way to change the direction of street view? currently it always shows street views facing from only one side of the street but how do we change it to show the other side where the actual address/business is located.

Q2.

Any plans on using HTML5 instead of flash to show street views and images pulled from various photo sharing sites. This will help in being compatible with iphone. OR are we able to change to HTML5 ourselves to tweak it.

Q3.

Also, we get a "Code 602 error" for driving direction. This is only on pages where we have manually moved the pointer to place it more precisely on the google map. After doing this, we get the error msg when we try to get driving directions even though we know addresses for directions are correct. Following is the full error msg, "No corresponding geographic location could be found for one of the specified addresses. This may be due to the fact that the address is relatively new, or it may be incorrect. Error code: 602" how can we resolve this error to show driving directions.
