Easy narrow (filter) results by fields of category

It would be great in future, maybe even for version 3 to have module that works like this:

http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk/france/hom_air_con_yn.1/hom_parking_space_yn.1/bedrooms.2/hom_home_type.apartment/hom_sleeps_max.3/ (click on right column links and you'll see how you narrow results by filtering)

 

It is very popular and convenient (additional) way of drilling down results without going back and looking to advanced search that many people prefer today.
