Only show listing from current map view

Is there a way to only show the listings in the directory below the map that are visible in the current map view? for example on you demo site http://demo.reviewsforjoomla.com/new-york-city-guide all the listings are shown in that directory. Could it be modified so that if you zoomed in on the map an there where only two listing in that map view only two listing would show up in the directory below?
