I'd look to Amazon for best practice - both in how they display links to the full user reviews page, and even more importantly the display of the main user reviews page - see example below: http://www.amazon.com/Game-Penetrating-Secret-Society-Artists/product-reviews/0060554738/ref=cm_cr_dp_all_summary?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1&sortBy=bySubmissionDateDescending The most helpful favorable and critical review display at the top is perfect.
