looking for freelancer with jreviews experience

The project scope is pretty basic. New site.. no design as of yet. Open to using a template that is nearly off the shelf ready to go. I have license to some rocketthemes as well if you are familiar.

 

The exact topic of this new review site will be divulged when that stage becomes necessary.. until then this is what the site requirements will be basically:

 

all users to post new reviews about new products. So they have to be able to create an item that doesn't exist.

once item is created and has the first initial review posted alongside.. then other users should be able to add additional reviews with simplicity and ease.. much like leaving a comment on a blog. Only requiring very very basic info (no need to be registered or logged in) to add a review. My understanding is that jreviews has these features and capabilities.

hoping this is a small project, cause it's a small budget  :)
