change "No Rating" to "No Rating or N/A" and change color to reduce confusion

I think a lot of people will think that the "No Rating" icon will mean a rating of "zero" or "the worst rating" by virtue of the color and its placement to the left of the number 1 star. 

 

I think a better solution would be to change the color of the icon to a neutral color with "N/A" text in the and also change the hover value to "N/A".  Another idea would be to place the "N/A" icon farther to the left of the first star to separate it.
