help with jreviews listing module

I am trying to set up jreviews listings to display top rated products in my virtuemart store. Right now it shows "No entries were found" in the module when I do have reviews and ratings set up. These are my parameters for the module.

 

Listings Ordering Top user rated (everywhere)
