adding jreviews content manager title to myblog and virtuemart using everywhere

I am using jreviews listings to create my articles all as listings. I love the ability to add listings to favorites so you can easily reference it in the future. I am using the everywhere addon for myblog and virtue mart is there anyway I can add the favorites thing to those using the everywhere addon? I attached an image to help me explain this better
