Freelancer needed to set up Shrinktheweb service on Jreviews

I'm looking for someone to help be enable the Shrinktheweb service that can be used with Jreviews, the concept and how to build it into jreviews is talked about here.

I don't have the skills to do this myself so I'am looking for someone to make the changes to the core files and get it up and running for me.
