Exclude joomla fields from search

This would we a nice option to just let search focus on the Jreviews fields instead of also the text in the fields that are there in joomla default.

EDIT: Or adding options in the backend of the advanced search module to enter field names on wich it has to search instead of having the users select them in the front end :-)
