Help with inquiry form

I've setup an inquiry form using Fabrik to be included with my reviews but I'm stuck! That's what I get for trying to develop a php-based website without actually knowing php!

 

I need help configuring the submit function so the form gets sent to an email specified in a jreviews hidden custom field.

 

Anyone willing to help? Please let me know!

 

If we work well together and you are interested in taking on more work, I have other small-medium customizations that we can discuss after the form email is configuredt.
