restaurant review site. need help setting it up.

I am brand new to Joomla - and find jReviews WAY to confusing for me.

 

I am looking for someone to help me set up a restaurant review layout.

 

I imagine - for someone that knows what they are doing - it wouldn't be too difficult.

 

If someone is interested in making a little cash - please let me know.

 

I am currently using the TRIAL version of the program - and want to know if this is the program I want to use - and the only way I can really tell - is if I had the basic structure set up - for a trial run.

 

I though perhaps I'd be able to do it on my own - but as I am teaching myself joomla at the same time - I am just finding it out of my league at the moment.
