WANTED: Connecting jReviews with Shoutcast Streaming

There is this internet radio:

I suppose this is a Joomla site as well. They had somehow connected some sort of streaming with their music archive. In their top module, they can display the album and song details of the currently playing audio. It is possible make request from the archive, and the selected song is put on the ques

 

The existing  Joomla shoutcast modules very primitive. They just display the song title: no picture, no rating.

 

Would it be possible to achieve something with a few twitching or is it a totally rewriting the component?
