Everywhere addon download link.

i'm a newbie and i know this is a stupid question. But i really can't find where's the everywhere addon download link. Some folks on the forum said that it's on the left menu of jreviews admin. There's a Addon Menu Title on the left and everywhere link below. But no download link ?

 

Also is there a video tutorials for jreviews everywhere addon ?

 

I'm using Jreviews Registered Version  2.0.6.22 and Joomla 1.5.7

 

PLease help me.
