Category lookup ability in Modules

I have been setting up several modules where I display top rated by category.

(on the right 2nd module down)

 

Everything goes well, however there is not easy way to look up the Category ID number from the module set up page.

 

I know that which category I want to enter, but I do not know the Category ID.  I have to go to a different page to find this value.

 

Is it possible to add a pop out box that would display all of the section and category ids?

 

This one is not a big deal but could save some time setting up modules.

 

I have no idea what is difficulties or coding is involved.  :)
