(if I am missing this functionality, sorry) At the moment I use the MyContent plugin that returns a list of their created content for the user. If a user submits an item and images, the images are not stored in the content, so when they go to MyContent and select one of the items (that was entered through JR) they will not see exactly what they entered, ie content and images.
