Paypal sandbox testing - "incomplete order"

Hi Alejandro

I am setting up Paypal for subscriptions, and currently using Sandbox to test.  The subscription and payment process works fine right up until Paypal sends me back to JReviews on my site, where the order appears as incomplete and unpaid. 

I've tried to follow instructions here, in case this is the problem:

but I am unable to find the location of this plugin to change the settings.

Any help would be gratefully received.
