In rare occassions, the font tools are missing from the JReviews editor

In rare occassions, when I try to create a new article, the font tools are missing from the JReviews editor and this is the layout that I see when the page loads.

This happens in 10% of the situations. But when it happens, I am trying to create a new article again and again,  and this problem keeps appearing for 10-40 seconds.

Please fix it. This goes on for a lot of versions.
